Allison Case

Owner/Trainer

Allison is a certified professional dog trainer with over a decade of experience in obedience, scent work, and behavior modification. She earned her certification from Starmark School for Dog Trainers in 2014 and has been helping dogs and their owners build a strong, balanced relationship ever since.

Allison's expertise extends to advanced training including protection sports and scent discrimination. She is a certified human remains detection handler with her current dog, Canik. Some of her work was nationally recognized when she was featured on America's Top Dog in 2021 with her late K9 Partner - Niko - where they got to showcase some of their advanced skills.

Outside of professional training, Allison enjoys developing new skills with her personal dog, Canik and applying positive, science-based methods to help dogs reach their full potential. Her approach focuses on trust, consistency, and real-world results.

Allison continues to further her education by attending seminars covering a variety of training topics, with her current professional interests centered primarily on odor detection and sport training. 

​

Allison trains everyone who works on her team herself - requiring over 300 hours of learning and development time before they begin to train on their own - striving for a team of like minded trainers with the same goal for your dog in mind!

Kimberly Roadfeldt

Trainer

Kim brings over a decade of dog boarding experience, along with experience in fostering dogs, puppies, and kittens, to her role as a trainer at The K9 Collective. This background has given her valuable insight into helping dogs with different personalities, backgrounds, and comfort levels feel secure in a new environment.

As part of The K9 Collectives trainer development requirements, Kim completed more then 300 logged hours of hands on shadowing, building her skills in dog behavior, handling, and training. She focuses on clear communication, strong relationships, and helping dogs develop confidence through every day experiences. 

Kim owns a hobby farm where dogs in training have opportunities to explore, encounter new sights and sounds, and build confidence through thoughtfully guided activities. 

Her passion for training extends to her personal dog, a German shepherd named Frankie, who is a certified human remains detection K9. She also actively competes in Protection Sports Association (PSA). She obtained her PDC at 2 years old.  Kim has and continues to attend many seminars and training opportunities to always continue skill building and learning.
